Welcome to Twin Lakes Outfitters' Fly-in Outpost Camps

Nakina is well known all over as Ontario's best fly-in fishing destination. The lakes north of Nakina are stuffed with Walleye, Trophy Northern Pike and Lake Trout. The rivers also have Walleye and Northern Pike as well as huge Brook Trout.

Many of our customers have caught Northern Pike over 20-pounds with some in the last few years that reached over 30-pounds. Guests have reported catching 100 Walleyes in a day with trophy size Walleyes over 30-inches. Most guests are specifically looking for a great Walleye fishery so over the years we have sold outposts to buy outposts on better Walleye lakes. Guests have caught Brook Trout over 6-pounds and Lake Trout in the 25-pound Range. There are no Bass this far north as all our lakes are deep into the Arctic Watershed.

We have 20 outpost camps on 17 different fly-in lakes. All of our lakes have outstanding fishing for Walleye and Northern Pike. Some camps have outstanding Brook Trout fishing all year while Brook Trout are only available in the spring in other camps. We have two lake with Lake Trout fishing. Most of our lakes have Jumbo Perch. Our fly-in outpost cabins are clean and comfortable with everything you need for your trip. In most cases, the outpost cabins are newly remodeled within the last couple of years. We are continually making improvements to our outpost cabins so our guests are more comfortable.

Nakina is the Moose Hunting Capital of Canada and exhibits the highest population anywhere in Ontario, which is why we receive the number of adult cow and bull tags that other outfitters can only dream about. Rifle, Archery, Crossbow and Muzzleloader hunters are all welcome. We have fly-in hunting at our regular outpost camps and hunting at a few of our extremely remote spike camps, which are outpost cabin frames with canvas roofs. We offer non-resident adult Bull Moose tags and Cow Moose tags. Moose Hunting packages are available for WMU 17. Moose hunters can also enjoy a fantastic Walleye fishery and expect to eat Walleye every day if they waned to.
